RESOLUTION 2010-10 RESOLUTION TO AUGMENT THE REVENUE FUND RESOLUTION TO AUGMENT THE 2009-2010 BUDGET OF THE STREETS SPECIAL REVENUE FUND OF THE CITY CALIENTE, NEVADA WHEREAS, the revenue of the STREETS SPECIAL REVENUE FUND was budgeted to be $699,669 on July 1, 2009; and WHEREAS, the WHEREAS, said additional sources are as follows: Larger Opening Balance than Anticipated $288,096 WHEREAS, there is a need to apply these excess proceeds in the REVENUE FUND. Now therefore, it is hereby RESOLVED that the City of Caliente Nevada shall augment its 2009-2010 budgets by appropriating $288,096 for use in STREETS SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, thereby increasing its appropriations from $699,669 to $987,765. A detailed schedule is attached to this Resolution and by reference made a pm1 hereof. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the clerk shall forward the necessary documents to the Department of Taxation, State of Nevada. PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED JUNE, 2010.
