In Bulgaria, the holiday is celebrated as name day for people whose names are derived from or similar to the name Nicholas – Nicholas. The feast, to

the List at his home coming friends, relatives and
acquaintances. On the table you can mainly find fish meals. The most typical ritual is the preparation of a particular dish - Rybnik. Saint Nicholas’ day is the official day of Bourgas.
