What is W.I.N. Time?. W.I.N. is an acronym for . WHAT I NEED. , and is an essential component to our systematic PLC+ Process. W.I.N. time occurs daily, is built into our master schedule and is used for students who need intervention or enrichment within a grade level specific domain. We will use system-wide screening data annually to determine the primary content/domain for which each grade level will focus on. Primarily the focus areas will be reading and math.. Michael D.
