Validation of requests for BE-ICS Contributions:Identify contributions which are already covered by our declared activities (projects, maintenance) Proposed solution: define link between contribution request and activity covering that contributionContribution request per Activity phase (preparation, installation, commissioning). Declare resources requiredValidateFollow-up contributions made to other groupsTill 30/01 (start ‘Resources Allocation’ ) we can still request for contributions to other groups. And we may receive requests from other groups ( 10 new requests received in 2016) !
