displays a list of all tasks that have been submitted to the Host Institution for
approval.

review.
To
approve
the application, change the outcome to “Approved” using the drop-down menu and click Submit.The Task Outcome is final after you hit Submit. Any change to the Task Outcome must be requested through MSFHR.Slide11
Host Institution may ask the applicant to edit and resubmit the application if certain sections need to be
revised.
To send the application back for revisions, select “Resubmit Application” from the
Outcome
drop-down
list.
The

this page, the host institution workgroup member can edit the content of the email to specify to the applicant which sections need
revisions and resubmission.
Please ensure that the merge codes within the template are not altered
