I have chosen this image because the background is behind white bricks along with the position of the model for the reason that it looks professional moreover it is centred in the middle.Slide4

Editing Process – Photoshop CS4

What background did you use? the back which I have used was

What tools did you use in Photoshop?

The tools which I have used in Photoshop was the ‘magic wand’ to get rid of the background and use my own so it looks like a real mug shot. Another tool which I have used was ‘film grain,’ the reason why I chose this tool was because it gave it a century's effect which made it look realistic.

How did this help improve the image?

By editing the image in Photoshop helped a lot because this made it look professional on mugshots.Slide5

Evaluation

The photo was taken in the school corridors where the background was plain white bricks so I could cut that out in Photoshop and paste a mugshot background behind the model. This picture has been taken in portrait format because most mugshots have been taken in portrait format I know this because I have researched and identified this. If I had the chance to improve the shot I would command the model to be slouchy just so it looks like a professional mugshot. The camera which I used was a digital camera.

The settings which was used was, flash, brightness and programme mode.Slide7

JR PORTRAIT OF GENERATION

This image gets your attention a lot because it looks effective by the water erasing the picture on the wall. Its really creative is well because the emotion of the model in the picture looks panicked by the spray of water erasing him bit by bit.

This

jr

portrait is very eye catching because it is zoomed into the eyes and has every little detail of it moreover in front of the image there is a young poor boy. you can tell a lot by this picture and has a little story behind it. This might tell us that it is really hard too look away from the poor boy because his homeless and has nothing to eat, I can tell this by the rubbish in front of him.Slide8
