Lessons for Us

People may say bad things about the “right

group.

Honest

people will want

hear the truth. We must distinguish between false teachers that cause division and those that teach truth (Romans 16:1-18; 1 John 4:1, 6; 2 Cor. 4:2-5).

We must remain steadfast regardless of what others say (Romans 8:31; Matthew 5:10-12; 1 Peter 4:14-16; 2 Tim. 3:12-14; Luke 6:26)
