Lie face up with your heels on a physioball, hands palm down on the ground at your hips, and your core tightPull your toes to your knees, and your shoulder blades back and downContract your glutes to raise off the floor and maintain a straight line from your ankles to your shouldersHold for a 2-3 count, and slowly return to the start positionAvoid coming to a complete rest in between repsThis movement strengthens your low back, glutes, and hamstrings
