The following slideshow represents the . preliminary. findings of a study I am conducting into the experience of Ombudsman schemes in the UK and Ireland of judicial review. As presented here, the findings only take into account the case law of 8 schemes and are based on only the identifiable case law on the BAILII and Westlaw databases (approximately 100). As anticipated, during my presentation to the Public Interest Group, it became evident that there are other cases that need to be added to the list.
