Emphasis Effect: An animation effect that draws attention to an object on a slide that is neither entering nor exiting the slide

Animation Options
The duration of animated objects can be changed
Increasing the duration will slow down the animation
Delay:
The animation setting that specifies how long the effect should pause before it begins
