MOAC Lesson 9Slide2

Transitions

The movement from one slide to the next

(John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2014

)

Can

only be applied to a slide, not an object on a slide

By default, slides do not have transitions applied to them

Some (not all) transitions have effect optionsSlide3

Transitions

Duration:

An animation setting that determines how long an animation effect should take to execute

(John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2014

)

Audio, which are sound clips

(John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2012),

can be applied to transitions

The user can choose other files stored on the computer to be the audio for the transitions

Through transitions, the presentation can be set so that it advances to the next slide on its own (self-running presentation)Slide4

that are already on a slide

Motion Path: An animation effect that moves an object along a predefined path that you create for it

Animation Options

The duration of animated objects can be changed

Increasing the duration will slow down the animation
