rderof the Acting Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of HealtAmending the November 23, 2020 Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health for Mitigation and EnforcementAnd now, on this day of March2021, I hereby amendthe Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health for Mitigation and EnforcementdatedNovember 23, 2020 as follow Section 1(B)(iv)(b) is amended by replacing the language in that section with the following: b.An employee or its successor is applicable Section 9 is amended by replacing the language in that section with the following:A.Venues hosting eves orgatherings, regardless of venue size,must determine their established occupancy limit as defined by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code and then apply ��2 &#x/MCI; 0 ;&#x/MCI; 0 ; &#x/MCI; 1 ;&#x/MCI; 1 ;E. Venues hosting events or gatheringsindooror outdoors must do the followingFor events or gatherings at fixed seatingvenuessell reserved seating allowing groups of up to attendeesto sittogether, with the recommendation that the groupbe from the same household; allowing groups of more than 10 attendees only if they are all from the same householdseparate each grouping by at least 6 feetimplement best practices such as timed entry, multiple entryand exit points, pathways that allow for phys

2 ical distancing,multiple restrooms, and
ical distancing,multiple restrooms, and hygiene stationsrequire attendees to comply with physical distancing requirements when notseated; and require attendees and workers to wearmasks or face coverings in compliance with my UpdatedOrder Requiring Universal Face Coverings, including any subsequent amendments, ando comply with other mitigation measuresVenues and event planners may refer to the CDC Events and Gatherings Readiness and Planning Tool for additional information regarding best practices. For all other events or gatherings, require attendeesand workersto comply with foot physical distancing requirements, to wear masks or face coverings in compliance with myUpdatedOrder Requiring Universal Face Coverings including any subsequent amendmentsto comply withother mitigation measures,and to implement best practices such as timed entry, multiple entry and exit points, multiple restrooms and hygiene stations. Venues and event planners may refer to the CDC Events and Gatherings Readiness and Planning T for additional information regarding best practices. The Order November 23, 2020, otherwise remains unchanged.
