Chip & PIN
cardholders the ability to access to their PIN. Currently the system release allows EMEA, Canadian and US Chip cardholders in good standing will have access to the PIN Check website. Asia will have access next year. Also, there have been communication that in a later release, individuals that have Cash access to their credit cards will be able access this site to view their PINs as well.

Users will sign in if they already have a user id and password. If not they will select “Register New User”.
If the cardholder is self registering for the first time they will enter in their Account number and hit SubmitSlide4
When cardholders get to this last page of registration they will fill out everything with an
RED asterisk.

Cardholder Customer Service (888-449-2273) will be resetting passwords and unlocking users due to them handling cardholder calls. The THD will also assist if necessary.
