Double Limit if the hand had 9 waits. 14. Thirteen Orphans. kokushi musou. One of each of the four wind tiles, the three dragon tiles and the six terminal tiles, plus any other one of these tiles. For this yakuman only, you are allowed to call RON on an opponent’s closed quad. Closed hand only. Single Limit if the hand had 1 wait. Double Limit if the hand had 13 waits. 15. Hand of Heaven. tenhou. The dealer calls TSUMO on his first draw. Single Limit. 16. Hand of Earth. chiihou. A non-dealer calls TSUMO on his first draw with no interruptions between his turn and the dealer’s first turn. Single Limit. 17. Hand of Mankind. renhou.
