(a) ConductofSSB .StageItestconsistingofOfficerIntelligenceRating(OIR)Test,PicturePerceptionandDiscussion test(PPDT)willbeconductedonthefirstday.CandidatewhofailstoqualifyinStageIwillberoutedbackhomeonthe sameday.StageIItestswillcompriseofPsychologicaltesting,GroupTask,GroupDiscussionandPersonalInterview. IncaseofExecutive(GeneralService)entry,coursedurationofNOCatINAwouldbe44weeks. (a) PilotEntry. PilotcandidateswillbegintrainingwithNavalOrientationCourseattheINA,Ezhimala,followedby StageIandStageIIflyingtrainingattheAirForceAcademy/NavalEstablishment/IIndiraGandhiRashtriyaUdaan Academy(IGRUA).OnsuccessfulcompletionofStageIItrainingthecandidatewillbeawardedwings.Thecandidates willbeentitledforFlyingPayandallowancesonlyafterawardofwings. GeneralService(GS) .AsanExecutiveofficer,youwouldbeatthehelmofaffairsinships.ExecutiveOfficersare leadersofmen,strategistsofmodernwarfareandambassadorsofourcountrywheninforeignwaters.Modern warshipsarehighlyevolvedfightingmachinesneedingcapableanddecisiveleaderstooperatethem.ExecutiveOfficer activelyparticipatesinallfacetsofNavalOperationsi.e.Air,SurfaceandSub-surfaceoperations.Theyspecialisein MissileandGunnery,Anti-SubmarineWarfare,ElectronicWarfareandCommunications,NavigationandDirection, HydrographyandNBCD. ITOfficer .
