can I send my money?Bank to Bank Transfer –you can transfer money from your NZ bank account to a bank account in your country. Make sure that the person you sent the money to has contacted the organisation that should pay the money to them.Contact the company that you sent the money through and ask them to find where it is.If the money can still not be found, you should ask for help from your Pastoral Care Worker to take your complaint to one of the dispute resolution schemes.(see below)All financial service providers must belong to a dispute resolution scheme.
