TERMS & CONDITIONS DEPOSITS A non - refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is payable, at the time of booking. O nly when both the deposit and this form are completed and returned to us will yo ur reservation will be secured . Bookings are taken on a strictly first come, first served basis. Should the number specified not attend on the date of your reservation, then the deposit of those absent will be forfeited. The deposit for those attending w ill be deducted from the final tot al bill. We will not refund or discount any course not consumed. Any amendments to the final number of persons attending will need to be acknowledge by us a minimum of a week prior to the reservation date. The pre order form must be carefully completed as no change in the choice can be made on th e night. Please ensure that menu choices are indicated correctly. The pre - order be returned at least 2 weeks prior to reservations.
