Only the goalie is allowed in the forbidden zone

If the ball is knocked out on the sideline the team the team that did not knock out the ball gets to throw in from the
sideline

If an offensive player steps inside the forbidden zone then the goalie gets the ball and play continues
Only exception is if they throw the ball before they touch the ground
Players are not allowed to take the ball out of an opposing players hands
To take the ball it must be dropped or intercepted
