Model membranes can be readily prepared by directly immersing microfilter nylon into lipid solution. The potential and conductance of model membrane prepared was measured using potentiometer and conductivity meter respectively. In this paper the effect of pyridoxine drug on iron transport across microfilter supported bilayer lipid membrane prepared from lipid called Phosphatidylcholine was studied and the data of its conductance and potential were analyzed, with the presence and absence of this drug
