The conference will be taking place at The Hyatt Dulles Hotel in Herndon, Virginia, July 13-15, 2011. This letter sets out the details of your participation in the event: You agree to speak at the conference on the day and at the time determined by the Program Committee and stated in the program posted at: http://www.omg.org/news/meetings/HC-WS/program.htm You will be responsible for your own costs of attending and preparing for the Conference as well as your own travel costs. Speakers must register and pay for the conference, however speakers, including co-presenters and co-authors, are entitled to a 50% discount off the otherwise prevailing conference rates.
