I received a call from ECV Desk
Assistant Patrick Brown
regarding the fire panel alert going off
with
the error message “2fl
fcps
horns.” I contacted
emergency maintenance and
spoke with Ross who informed me that he did not remember what that error message was but felt it could wait until the morning since I had already submitted a work
order but submitted another one for the second event.
I called the ECV Desk Assistant, informed
him
that from emergency maintenance and continue to monitor the fire panel and contact me if there are any further issues

What Does the Duty Report Look Like?
Sunday, June 15th 2014 –
12:50 am: I received a call from FGH Duty RA Josh
Isom
who stated that there was a noise complaint regarding apartment Q211 (
Pedro Marks).
The resident in Q311 (
Xuelai
Win) had made the call because Pedro had
their bathroom exhaust fan on and it was keeping her awake every night. When I arrived the resident explained that she knows she is sensitive to sound and she knows that
Pedro
isn't violating the noise policy she just wanted to know if they would turn it off.
Pedro stated that
he had
turned off the fan. The fan was still on
but I informed
Xuelai our fans have delay timers so they stay on for some time after the switch is turned off. I suggested that the residents of
both rooms meet
with their RA to facilitate a conversation about the fan because neither resident was happy with the situation.
No other calls received. End of report.Slide11
