3. English Language Arts FSA Writing Writing is part of the final ELA Reading FSA score. You cannot get an ELA FSA score without taking the writing.-ELA 56-60 Questions The sessions are 80 minutes long.Practice FSA tests will be given prior to the testing date Achieve 3000 and I-Ready Reading will help prepare them for these tests.

5. Math FSAEach student will test for two days in May, given in 2 sessions.The sessions are 80 minutes each. 60-64 Questions Have students practice by getting on I-Ready Math or Freckle MathStudents will be given FSA practice tests prior to the math FSA

7. Practicing for the FSA fsassessments.org – This website has practice FSA tests that the students will take. However, feel free to log on and have your student practice the ways to answer. Practice Tests Take the Computer-Based Practice Test Click “Sign-in”Choose Grade 4 and Click “Yes”Choose Grade 4 ELA Reading test or Grade 4 Math Test Click “Select” Click “Start My Test”
8. Other ways to prepare your studentsMake sure they get a good night’s sleep (establishing an earlier bedtime now will help students tremendously)Make sure students eat a good breakfast. Get them to school on time If you’re not on time on testing day, your student will not be allowed to test with their class and will have to make up the test at a later date. No early checkouts Students must complete the one session in one day. If they check out too early then they will have a shorter period on the test and might not do as well. Encourage children to do their bestIf you tell them that they will fail, they won’t try.
