Ravi Batra Ravi Batra is an American lawyer, businessman, political writer and philanthropist. Mr. Batra received his legal and business education in New York. In 1976, he graduated cum laude from Pace University as Bachelor of Business Administration. In 1980, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Fordham University School of Law. 2007, he chairs the National Advisory on South Asian Affairs, a foreign policy think tank, and interacts with the US Congress and the Department of State. Mr. Batra provides advice and guidance to the Ukrainian aerospace industry, acting, since 2016, as Special Global Advisor to the rectors of the National Technical University of Ukraine and the National Aviation University of Ukraine and, since as Global Special Counsel to Antonov State Company, Ukrainian manufacturer of the world's largest planes.
