When the dieter is feasting, they may consume whatever they want
What is the Caveman Diet?Slide3
The thought behind the Caveman diet is that human genetics have changed very little since the time of the cavemen, and that if we “grew up” on it, then we should still be consuming the same foods we where thousands of years ago.
The Logic?Slide4
A condensed list of requirements are:
Eating minimal during the day, may eat lightly salted nuts and berries
The dieter may eat as much as they wish of whatever they wish during the night, but may only eat onceIt is encouraged to walk as much as possible
No dairy
What The Diet RequiresSlide5
Grains must be removed after 3 months into the diet
No grains means that there are no carbohydrates in the diet
Carbohydrates are the bodies preferred energy source.
No morning meals, so the body has to run off what it consumed the night before
The Dark Side of the DietSlide6
The Good
Toxins will leave the body from the lack of food during the day
