Who is Saint Stephen?
He was one of the seven deacons who were filled with the holy spirit

He served the poor and the needy and distributed gifts and alms among them.
He also preached in the church and converted non-Christians. The number of nonbelievers increased.Slide5
One day a large number of Jews met. They discussed religious matter with Stephen. He answered them using verses from the Scriptures explaining to them that Christ is the only Savior through whom we can enter heaven.
