der days of sick leave the Extended Disability Plan may apply. Sick eave is accumulated at the rateof 2 days per complete month worked for the first year of employment. The percentage of salary paid after the elimination period is 70% of basic monthly earnings to a maximum benefit of $23,333 per month. After the first year of employment a permanent mployee has accesss to 90 calendar days of sick leave. ASEBP is the insurance provider for your extended disability benefits Please refer to your Collective Agreement for specific details on sick leave with pay and the Extended Disability Plan. ��Benefit Information Sheet CUPEBenefit Booklets��Revision Date: 2021Page of HR.B407Summary of the LAPP retirement plan:You need a minimum of two years of LAPPmembership to qualify for a pension at retirement. The maximum pensionableservice you can accumulate is 35 years. If you are at least 65 years old when you leave the Plan, you are entitled to receive an immediate pension even if you don’t have two years of LAPPmembership. The legislated ben
