Compliance Education
Do not provide extra benefits of any kind to a prospect, an enrolled student-athlete, or their relatives and friends. Examples of such benefits include, but are not limited to:
Provide financial aid or support in any form Make employment arrangements for relatives Offer or give any clothing or equipment Co-sign or provide loans Offer or give any tangible items or merchandise (e.g. gifts) Offer or provide free or reduced-cost services rentals or purchases Offer or provide free or reduced-cost housing

Students are responsible for arranging to make up work missed because of….participating on an athletic or scholastic team…It is the student’s responsibility to give the instructor notice ….. Instructors must allow each student who is absent for a University-approved reason the opportunity to make up work missed without any reduction in the student’s final course grade as a direct result of such absence.Slide14
