Warehouse to Ingredients, Production to production, Admin to all, etc.Slide4
Sub-tabs
Notice the Admin tab is the location for adding and editing the Ingredients, Finished Product and the Recipes. Each tab has sub-tabs for entry forms, dashboard review and other information. Again limited access can be set by the security features assigned to different personnel.Slide5

This also allows future date’s production schedule to be entered. An automatic update is also used.
The calendar provides access to past schedules as well as future schedules.Slide6
Example of Production Dashboard
This is an example of a production
dashboard currently in use.
This dashboard provides real-time production information. It is updated continuously and allows management to monitor production progress to assure that all orders are met. The form at the bottom left is for data entry. A barcode can be scanned or a barcode can be manually input.Slide7
Shipping Form

Inventory Layout
This is the inventory dashboard for ingredients. This is the ingredients that show each lot code in stock and the amount for that lot code for each ingredient.
The format for Finished Product will be similar, although the information will be slightly different. This form is also used for cycle counts. Note the Today’s Count field. When doing a cycle count, today’s count is entered and submitted and the inventory adjustment is made.Slide12
Recipe
The weight of each ingredient is removed from inventory by the container amount, i.e. case, bag, gallon, etc.
The recipe is the primary tool for depleting inventory by lot code.
Note the Required amount for each ingredient is shown for all ingredients. The actual mixed amount is present for the first three. The Add button the right is used to enter the weight and lot code or lot codes of the ingredient for that mix. Slide13
Adding Lot Codes & Quantity
When the Add button is selected, it opens this screen.
Note the required weight of the flour is shown. On the left are the lot codes of the flour in stock. The bottom code is the oldest so it should be the one being used. If another code is present that is not on the list, it can be manually added with the keyboard.Slide14
Adding Lot Codes & Quantity
When the Add button is selected, it opens this screen.
For ingredients that are entered on the
ScaleDAQ

Recipe shows added Ingredients
by Lot Code
This is a detailed view of the recipe that shows the lot codes of the ingredients added.
This information is used in the Lot Tracking, and also provides a permanent record of ingredients to finished product.Slide16
Inventory after Recipe Completed
This is the inventory after the recipe has been completed. Note for the flour that a Mixing Job was conducted on February 21, 2013 at 3:36am by Admin.
The 40,000 pound initial inventory of flour, lot code 98765, is now 39700lbs and the total flour on hand is 59700lbs. Both amounts were depleted by the 300# used in the recipe. This will provide a permanent record for depletions and additions to each ingredient.Slide17
