FastMail   YELLOW CAB OF AMERICA 4500 19 th Street Suite 265 Boulder, Colorado 80304-0658

There today! FastMailDesigns, builds, operates and manages from point of origin to destination pointshighly scheduled private postal networks for federal departments, connecting their offices, directorates, agencies and services through the continuous flow of urgent mail exchanged four times daily, seven days weekly, resulting in same day or next morning deliveryFastMail merges technology with published chain-of-custody protocols, training and managing federal mail room employees to ensure standardized, secure and sterile mail room and sweep operationsThrough our relationship with Southwest Airlines, the mail can flow continuously to more than 83% of the U.S. FastMail offers this resource with fixed annualized rates, payable in 26 equal installments, covered by a 12-month initial contract, at rates six times current United States Postal Service’s first-class postage.

How it works

The concept makes no performance promises other than a complete sweep of the client’s network every two hours, four times daily, seven days weekly and that the mail collected will be put on the appropriate “next flight out,” scheduled daily by Southwest Airlines so that the client has 28 opportunities weekly (as opposed to the overnights with 6 shipping opportunities weekly). SWA currently operates over 6000 domestic flights daily making it the largest airline in America…and per last week’s WSJ…America’s best airline. SWA recently acquired AirTran-Airways and the opportunity to serve the entire country and many possessions, territories, and directorites. Continuous Flow We replace promised overnight delivery with pick-up and delivery of urgent mail – from its point of origin within a network facility to a network recipient – using scheduled every-two-hour mail exchanges, courier exchanges, and counter-to-counter airline service, with immediate airport recovery and mail delivery to the network recipient, again on the every-two-hour schedule… frequency versus overnight predictability.

For the first 60 months the operational and marketing responsibilities as covered in the management agreement will be provided Yellow Cab of America, Incorporated. Leadership

EDWOSBYCA is a SBA certified Economically Disadvantaged Women’s Owned Small Business with a NAICS code underserved in the airline cargo industry.

Market Dimensions - In 2012 there were 4.5 million federal employees working at federal agencies eligible to use the FastMail system. - In 2011 and 2012 (24 month period) the GSA awarded to Schedule 48 contract holders $679.5 million for express services. - With “continuous flow” which is faster and less expensive than the overnights, we can capture more than the USPS’s 2013/14 goal of 17 million.4.5 million eligible users $350 million in new revenue up for grabs

Building the Base  1. Faster and less expensive 2. Total chain of custody from desktop to desktop 3. An up and working alternative delivery system in the event of computer network failures, running blackouts or cybercrime. 4. Exceeds TSA’s proprietary levels of security by [8] additional levels of shipment management 5. Provides USPS with a working example of innovation and creativity applied to an ever changing market place. . . offered by an EDWOSB 6. Civil Reserve Air Fleet program (CRAF) flows from Southwest Airlines to Client 7. It’s a tried and true model built around an organization where its members are partners drawn from the very best in their individual fields; YCA, Southwest Airlines, Intermec, Covenant Aviation Security, Vanguard, Winthrop Resources, (CitiCorp), Chase, etc. 8. Markets all government agencies 9. It works!

How We Figure the Money Client defines the size of the network to be designed, FastMail determines the operating costs for that specific network, adds in overhead, administration, reserves, and profit. That number divided by $1.35 per unit of mail and you have the minimum units of mail that must be pre-purchased 30 days in advance. Client defines Network YCA determines cost of operating network Monthly number of pre-purchased stamps Cost of Operating network divided by$1.35

Moving the needle “What are the opportunities; where are the land mines? What is real in the context of today’s constantly changing rules? What must we guard and discard, what is of lasting value? Can we still find the magic? Is it possible to earn trust and prove worth? Is it still possible to dream from vision to reality? Can we still move the needle? FastMail is offering this network exclusively to federal security agencies. Together we can prototype an alternative that will set the standards by which all hard copy information is transported safely, securely, and quickly.”   Holly Colangelo President Yellow Cab of America

We’re Not Just Hired Hands  Assignments become our babies. Each component’s success becomes a part of our history, and we see each task as an imperative. Today’s targeted tasks and their success is what our tomorrows are made of… and so a very personal relationship quickly develops. We become trusted members of the family.
