or request from the reception of the visa center);
Original and photocopy of documents to be legalized ;
Provide the signature person’s ID or embarkation card & passport data page copy if the lawyer certify true signature

The
consular legalization
section may
require, if necessary, the submission of relevant proof documents by the
applicant. After examination, if the consular legalization section finds the documents, formalities or other materials are not complete, the agency shall inform the applicant on one occasion of all the necessary formalities or proof documents to be completed or supplemented.
