Summer Group Exercise

CORE:

15 minutes

of training your “core” from every angle: abdominals, obliques and the lower back. This short, effective class will help improve the posture, flexibility and strength of your entire midsection.

BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP: Using intervals and circuits, this class will challenge your overall fitness. Exercises vary from athletic movements , strength training and isometric body weight exercises. Work as hard as you want to in this challenging yet fun atmosphere that will ensure results!

UPPER & LOWER BODY STRENGTH: Small group training using cables, free weights, barbells and bodyweight exercises to strengthen muscles, bones and confidence in the weight room.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY: The Workout of the Day will be a constantly varied mix of functional movements using bodyweight, weight room and outdoor elements! Don’t like what the group is doing? Pick your own option from our new workout cards and see staff for any assistance.
