Offensive Philosophy
Sprint No Huddle Offense.
We will get to the line in under 15 seconds every play!
We will run 75+ plays a game.
Run to Pass is 20% Fly, 40% Run, 40% Pass.
The QB is a weapon both running and passing.
OL – 3 F’s (Fundamentals, Footwork, Finish)
Cadence is Down,Hut,Go.
Passing Game is concept based. (No numbers)

Practice will be run at a fast pace during team portions. We will always have a goal and work like heck to reach it everyday!
Effort and conditioning will be needed to run this offense. Everyone will rep in during practice and games as long as they know their job.
Job starts with alignment, stance, 1st step, assignment and FINISH!!!Each position is up for grabs every week. You must compete for your spot everyday!!!! Grades, unexcused absences, etc. will hurt your chances of winning a spot.

Formation always RT/LT = Wide side of the field. If we are in the middle go towards our bench.
QB will relay the call to team.
If no cadence is given it is on 1. Red = 1 White = 2 Blue = 3 Stars = 1st sound.

Fly offense is the easiest way to throw the football. High percentage play because even when the route is covered we will roll away from the wide receiver to a three-tier route on the
backside. With our three step drop game the quarterback will read the perimeter defense that is defending the wide receiver and decide whether to throw the called route or boot away.
This gives our quarterback a chance to complete every pass, whether the defense shuts down the called route or if we boot away.
