NorCap IntroBackgroundBlack-out in Central Europe in 2006 -> EU makes forming RSCs across TSOs mandatoryFlow-based (FB) capacity allocation calculation is expected to better represent limits to operational security PurposeTo implement the capacity calculation methodology based on the Flow-based methodology instead of the currently used NTC methodology.

6. Internal parallel Run Started on May 25thCGM and CCC processes are running for 5 full days per week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)TSO domain validation is done as part of NUAT (software acceptance test)Calculated flow-based domains are sent to SA WG for market analysis.
