that You Cant Miss Robert Ayotte PAC St Joseph Chelsea Community Hospital Emeritus Case 1   A 29yearold female presents to the emergency department ED with sudden onset right lower quadrant abdominal pain that has been worsening in severity over the past day Her last menstrual period was 7 weeks ago although she does report some recent vaginal spotting She is sexually active with multiple partners inconsistently uses the progestinonly pill for contraception and has been treated for pelvic inflammatory disease PID in the past
