According to the information available to us this product has a biobased content of more than 55% (EN 16785 - 1). Zelumelt 1034/7.2 is a specially designed adhesive for the use in mattress industry to bond foam with each other and with cover materials. It can also be applied in the production of upholster ed furniture. The adhesive has an excellent initial and fi nal tack, a high shear and peel strength. Zelumelt 1034/7. 2 offers a low working viscosity and is very low in odor. The adhesive should not be kept for too long at high temperatures (�180 °C) as this reduces the processing viscosity and heat resistance. O pen time depends on the application temper- ature, application quantity and substrates to be bonded. Slight differences in the color of the hotmelt adhesive do not represent a quality feature . 4 Shelf life Zelumelt 1034/7.2 can be stored in well closed original packing cool and dry under 30 °C up to 12 months .
