If application is denied, applicants can appeal HPDRB decision to MSC
If approved, neighbors who wrote comment concerns may appeal HPDRB to MSC.
Upon Approval, the HPDRB a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) and notifies Danbury Zoning of Lakeside approval
Take issued COA to Danbury and get necessary permits.

Beginning in September, Lakeside will have an observer visiting work sites to assure the conformance of construction to issued COA.
Beginning in September, the Board of Directors has approved a new fee schedule for the issuance of the COA and Lakeside Building Permit. The increase in fees will be used to fund the Construction Observer.
