JOB
Opportunities for foreigners to work in Lublin regionJob placement related to free movement of workers within the European Union Member States and EEA countries outside the European UNION Labour Office carries out only by the EURES network. A foreigner who comes from outside the European Union and wants to work in Poland must have a work permit. Total sum up in 2014 has so far issued 6,038 licenses to race in the region of Lublin. Most contracts were signed for a period of six months. People aged 26-40 received the largest number of licenses until 2379, and the smallest number got elderly aged 65Foreigners in Poland are mostly employed for simple jobs, e.g. in gastronomic, construction or agriculture sectors. Foreign citizens also often find their jobs in management of foreign companies, as translators or foreign language teachers. Some of them are employed as housekeepers.Average salary of foreign construction workers are about 2800,00zł (about 670 €), teachers – 3300,00zł (about 790 €) and nurses 2000,00zł (about 480 €).Slide4
