German Folk Dancing is a great way for me to be able to decrease my stress. I love learning new dances and being able to hang with friends.

Taking a Bubble Bath and having a nice chilled glass of white wine, is the best way for me to distress after a long day or week.Slide6

I really enjoy unwinding with

ARTS AND CRAFTS

I really enjoy Arts and Crafts, it can be tedious but they are always rewarding when you finish them.Slide8

This app always gets a good laugh, you can take pictures of friends or loved ones and swap faces with people. It is a pretty funny site, to see your face on someone else.Slide11

JOGGING

A healthy way of lowering my stress, and I also build up and appetite. Slide12

ORGANIZING

Organizing my life, helps me to distress. I am more aware of where things are, I can grab things and go and I do not have to stress about the mess.Slide13

COGNITIVE EXERCISE

Doing brain teasing exercises for fun, I usually keep an app on my phone. These app’s give you questions, shapes, and images and you have to either remember them or put them in order.Slide14
