Now You Try It…

All participants will count off by four to divide into 7 groups of 4 members.  Each group will be joined by a Team TITO member as the facilitator for the exercise.Your goal for today’s meeting is to identify three tasks and assign appropriate levels of responsibility related to creating a communication strategy. You are to document your plan on a RACI matrix.

Approach this exercise with your own background, experience and job-title.  Inform your teammates of your position with one or two descriptive sentences explaining your job function/expertise.Slide9
