This Letter of Understanding shall allow the use of Journeyman Inside Wiremen, classified under the terms of the Inside Agreement with exception of the allowing a wage rate of eighty (80) percent of the base rate of pay with the contributions as per Article XIV.

In addition Section 3.03 shall be modified to allow the second shift to be paid at the base hourly rate of plus 10%
for all hours worked and the third shift to be paid at the base hourly rate plus 15% for all hours worked.

The Local Union may target industrial projects with CW/CE’s at their discretion

*NOTE: CW/CE’s may be placed on industrial projects at a ratio of one (1) CW/CE for every three (3) Journeymen with a maximum of three (3) CW/CE’s on any single jobsite. The apprentice ratio is as stated in Section 4.12 of the Inside Agreement.

Term “Continually Unemployed” – in defining the term “continually unemployed” for either Construction Wiremen or Construction Electricians, it will mean 15% of the total membership of the respective classification being unemployed and available for employment for three (3) consecutive months.
