to the Four RoomsThe Introduction can be used

in many different contexts. It takes 3-4 hours for any group to construct the Four Rooms

based on their own experience. It creates a common language that can be applied directly

a

merger

Organizational BarometerThe Organizational Barometer is an analytical instrument used to investigate how a group or

organization works. It is conducted with all employees and managers together. Everyone is involved, and everyone’s view

is taken into consideration. Together, the group works with analysis, processing, conclusions and action plans for

change and improvement. It is an excellent alternative or complement to anonymous surveys.

DialecticsThe Personal Dialectic is used preferably in smaller groups and in personal development work or coaching.

April 2017 the news was released that Torsby municipality for the third consecutive year

have the most healthy personnel of Sweden's 290 municipalities. Sick leave is amazingly 4,4% for

2016. The ”Chefstidningen” and the internet magazine ” Sunt Arbetsliv” describes how the Four Rooms of Change contributed to this
