General consensus that governance options were not viable at this time.There is interest in participating in ongoing discussions involving the developed and developing communities.County has an important role as an information resource in providing fiscal data related to service costs.

Important that LAFCO continues leadership in a collaborative process keeping stakeholders informed of:
