She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey, where she subsequently Anished an incernal medicine residency. Dr. Fede later completed the remainder of her postgraduate training at the Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, serving both a three-year internal medicine residency and a three-year anatomic and clinical pathology residency. During her time here, she also took on several teaching responsibilities, serving variously as an instructor of internal medicine, anatomic pathology and medical technology.Dr. Fede has since worked with Pathology Associates of Princeton, serving as a Staff Pathologist for over a decade. In this time, she has also served concurrently as an Attending Physician at the University Medical Center of Princeton, where she has also acted as the Director of Transfusion Medicine Services and Chairperson of the Blood Utilization Committee since 2010.Dr. Fede belongs co Ave professional medical sociecies, including che American Sociecy for Clinical Pachology and the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
