BIRDIES FOR CHARITY - MAXIMIZING YOUR DONATION
12 Highly vetted organizations collect flat donations or pledges for every birdie made during the competitive rounds of the Farmers Insurance Open, February 5-8, 2015 at Torrey Pines. In 2014, there were 1,504 birdies.
Donations are enhanced by a bonus pool provided by Farmers Insurance of more than $160,000, allocated based on how much a charity raises compared to the other 11 participating organizations.
Charities also receive exposure to more than 100,000 fans on-site, more than 20,000 combined social media followers, more than 15,000 monthly newsletter recipients, 50 dedicated Century Club members, through Tournament media opportunities and more. Additionally, there are no administrative fees; all program costs, including credit card fees and website fees are covered by The Century Club of San Diego.
