Dried Eggplants Stuffed with

Meat

Ingredients

:

A

series

of

dried eggplants (15-20)Minced meat 300 gramsA cup of riceTwo medium tomatoesTwo medium onionsA clove of garlicA spoon of tomatoe pasteA teaspoon of pepper pasteA spoon of pomegranateA spoon of margarineEnough pepper and salt to tasteA teaspoon of red pepperA pinch of parsleySlide3

PREPARATION:Boil the dried eggplants in a saucepan for about 15-20 minutes.Then start prepairing

for the

boiled eggplants.Put minced

meat in a bowl.Add

rice which is

thoroughly

starch drained under tap water to the minced meat.Add the grated onions.Grate the tomatoes.Add them to the minced meat ,too.Add two spoons of tomatoe paste and a teaspoon of pepper paste.Finely chop the clove of garlic and add.Add a spoon of pomegranate, a spoon of margarine, a pinch of parsley(finely chopped), enough pepper and salt to taste.Put a teaspoon of red pepper on the mixture.Finely mix and knead.Then put the mixture in the eggplants.Put the eggplants in a saucepan side by side.Place

over the

eggplants

if

they

don’t

fit.

Dissolve

two

spoons

of

tomatoe

paste

in

water

and

pour

on

the

eggplants

.

Water

should

exceed

the

eggplants

.

Add

some

margarine

to

the

water

if

you

like

.

Boil

.

After

being

cooked

you

may

serve

PREPARATION: Soak the wheat in water a day before.Before putting the wheat

in pressure cooker wash

it a few times in hot

water.Then filter

the wheat

and

put in

the pressure cooker. Water should exceed the wheat 4 fingers.When the air comes from the high heat cooked wheat , boil for about 35-40 minutes.Filter the boiled wheat and put in another saucepan.Put the meat in the pressure cooker ,add water exceeding the meat by 4 fingers and cook for 45 minutes.Mash the wheat with rondo.Take a cup of boiled meat water for the wheat.Then mix finely with it.Crumble the meat on a plate.Later mix the meat with mashed

wheat.Put it on fire and

mix

consistently

for

5 -10

minutes

.

Cook

a

spoon

of

butter

, a

teaspoon

of salt

and

teaspoon

of

red

pepper

on

low

heat

for

a

while

Put

the
