Promotion
BCR will be promoting the DICOM 2010 conference in Brazil and South America as part of their own promotion to professional registrants
In parallel, BCR and the planning committee will promote the DICOM 2010 conference by itself to
informaticians
and the technical community who normally would not attend the Brazilian Congress of RadiologySlide6
Logistics
Registration, hotels, etc. to be handled by BCR as part of their normal process
Fees will be set by BCR
Last year’s fee was ~600 BRL, depending on date and membership category (~350 USD)
Under discussion is whether or not
informaticians
not interested in CME credit would have a different fee schedule from professional registrants
Under discussion is how the DICOM conference recoups expenses (e.g. invited speakers)Slide7
