Using Video in Blackboard

Before we begin, here are a few things to think about: Why are we adding video? Is it the most appropriate tool to use to teach our students something? How long is it? How big is the file? Students will not sit through a long video, and it will be difficult for Blackboard to handle it. Avoid large file sizes – they take forever to upload and download. HD is a no no ! Is the copyrighted material? If it is, get permission! Y ou are making yourself liable for a lawsuit as AC puts this burden on you!
