C2 General VOXI Roaming Extra s Terms and Conditions Date: 05 / 05 / 20 21 Version 1.1 Whoâs eligible? 1. Roaming Extras are available to VOXI customers who have an active VOXI plan. What is Roaming Extras? Roaming Extras consists of two types as below: ⢠8 day Roaming Extra: 100 min, 100 texts, 2GB data. Available for £ 15. ⢠15 day Roaming Extra: 200 min, 200 texts, 4GB data. Available for £ 25. How it works 1. A customer can get a Roaming Extra in My Accou nt, via https://www.voxi.co.uk/account . 2. The Roaming Extra will activate immediately when the customer purchases it, however the allowances can only be used in the Eligible Countries (see below for full list of Eligible Countries). 3. The Roaming Extra will not automatically renew, it is a one off purchase. 4. The Roaming Extra will expire either after 8 or 15 days

If the customer wants to purchase another Roaming Extra before the existing one expires, the customer will lose any unused minutes, texts or data from the previous Roaming Extra. 6. Only one Roaming Extra can be used at a time. Any unused minutes, texts and data will not carry over when the Roaming Extra expires. 7. If the customer exceeds the Roaming Extra minutes, text or data, any further usage will be charged at the standard roamin g price plan rate. Please see the VOXI Terms & Conditions for details. 8. Calls or texts to non - Eligible Countries will be charged at VOXIâs standard roaming price plan rate. 10. All calls are charg ed by the minute and will be taken from the Roaming Extraâs allowance of minutes. Calls to other numbers including premium rate and non - geographic numbers aren't included. 11. Texts to premium numbers are not included. 12. Roaming Extras are for personal, non - com mercial use and subject to the VOXI Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy . 13.
