Tuesday 16th September Big Draw CPD Story Scrawl Thursday 8th October 2015 www.as-creatives.com @ascreatives info@as-creatives.com Chapters of our Story Scrawl will include: Doodle BOOM! - The doodle is a powerful thing – from small scribbles BIG ideas can grow. We’ll limber-up for the day ahead with a range of fast-paced drawing games and story starters. Character Concoctions - Every good story has a character who makes us want to peek into their unique world. Prepare to meet the stars of our stories by having a Jurassic Lark and a Monster Melt-Down before Pottering with Portraiture. Sucker for Setting - We’ll chuck away the map and get lost in some stimulating story settings, exploring extraordinary words and the visually inspiring urban landscape of Baltic Creative and as creatives HQ. (Our creative setting for Story Scrawl.) Planning, Plotting, Partying - We’ll be inviting our doodles, characters, scribbles and settings to party at a sequential illustration soirée. There will be comic canapés and pencil twitching party games inspiring ideas for structuring stories. Story Scrawl will take place on Thursday 8th October from 9am - 3pm, at Baltic Creative Campus, Liverpool. The cost is £120.00 per person, which includes all refreshments and a toolkit to use back in school. Prepare to get lost in glitter, colour, line, light, giant cardboard boxes, yarns, wiggly things and much more.
