The speaker vs the amplifier
Speaker
What makes one speaker an easy load and another hard to drive? There are a number of answers, but the two most important are impedance and sensitivity. First, impedance[1]. Impedance is resistance that varies with frequency. The fact that the speakers’ impedance varies with the frequency it is reproducing, is one reason why the amplifier has such a tough job
.

Amplifier
Ideally an amplifier should be a constant voltage source. That is, for a given input signal, the amplifier should produce a constant voltage across the speaker terminals whatever the
load.

The turntables vs the cd player
Turntable
The turntable usually has a lower quality rate and gives off a hissing sound
It’s better for beginners
It can skip records because of the constant swift spinning which can lift the needleThe turntables hardly play modern musicTo cue point a song you’d have to spin the track way back
CD player
The CD player has better quality than the turntable
Your tracks/records cannot be skipped because there is no needle
To cue point a track you press a button, highlight and recall it Slide4
Turntables
The basic function is mixing. The turntables is used to play records and yes, mixing music. It is suggested that you if you are a beginner you should start with a turntable. This is suggested because it has a moving platter, and a moving platter gives you a much better understanding of the movements of your hand while dj-
ing
to give off a particular sound. There are some cons in turn tables…they can skip records because the needle is on the vinyl and the constant turning can allow it ti skip. You also don’t find a lot of new music
eing played on turntables.Slide5
CD turntable
The CD just like the turntable has its pros an cons and is similar in a few ways. The CD turntable wont skip your tracks/record despite the swift movement because of the absence of a needle. A CD turntable has something called a cue point-in this you can pinpoint a certain part of the record/track that is being played, highlight it and recall it. There is also something called a loop record. with this, when you can take a part of the record that is being played and makes it play continuously-in a loop.Slide6
Essential machine
This takes the sound to the amplifier. This machine is connected to two things- the CD turntable and the which makes it possible that you can mix two songs at once using the fader and cross fader…Slide7
Mini turntable
This the miniature version of the CD turntable. It carries all the same things but in this situation it’s more of a pocket dictionary. If you go to spin some tracks at a club for a party for instance you don’t have to carr
y
all of the different equipment. Or if you especially just for home this could come in handy. It is USB covered. Yu can connect it to the computer. Each button has 1-3 different purposes.Slide8
Microphone
The purpose of the microphone is to communicate and connect with your audience. It’s not necessarily relevant put it is a good form of entertainment and connection. Keep on mind that mc isn’t a constant things, you have to know when to interrupt the music that is playing so you don’t kill the vibes of the audience. It is meant for interaction. You don’t have to MC or try to especially if you’re not good at it because this can ruin the entire act.Slide9
