For my research project I was really eager to dive into a topic near and dear to my heart and to my personal identity, the LGBTQIA+ community. As someone who has always had a love for reading and struggled with self acceptance, I was inspired conduct research that would create a lasting impact. I wanted to know “How can incorporating LGBTQIA+ Young Adult Literature promote inclusivity?”.
